Thirteen Mug

My name is Aria. I was seventeen when I packed a single suitcase and flew to China.

Most people thought I was crazy. Maybe I was. But I had always been drawn to things made by hand — the kind of objects that carry the energy of the person who made them. I wanted to learn from the best, and the best were here.

I spent my first year barely speaking the language, learning pottery in a small studio in Jingdezhen — the porcelain capital of the world. I burned my hands more times than I can count. I cried more than I'd like to admit. But somewhere between the clay and the kilns and the kind strangers who became family, I fell completely in love with this place.

I never left.

I met Wei in my second year. He was patient with my broken Mandarin and my stubborn opinions about glaze colours. Now he photographs every piece I make and pretends not to cry when a collection sells out. He is my favourite person in the world.

The books came naturally. I have always been a reader — the kind who finishes a series and genuinely grieves when it's over. When I discovered BookTok I realised I wasn't alone. There were millions of us, quietly obsessed, looking for ways to carry our favourite worlds into our everyday lives.

It started with A Court of Thorns and Roses. I read it in one sitting on a rainy afternoon in our studio, wrapped in a blanket with green tea going cold beside me. By the time I finished ACOMAF I was a completely different person. Rhysand broke something in me that never quite healed. Then came Throne of Glass — and Aelin. I ugly cried at the Thirteen scene alone in our apartment at 2am while Wei slept, and I had to just sit with it for a while. And then Fourth Wing found me at exactly the right moment. Violet Sorrengail reminded me of the girl who packed that suitcase at seventeen — terrified, underprepared, and completely unwilling to yield. I finished it in two days and immediately started over. These books — along with The Cruel Prince, From Blood and Ash, A Little Life, and so many others — didn't just entertain me. They lived in me. They still do.

So I started making mugs for us.

Every piece in Lorecraft is made by hand in our little studio in China. Every design is chosen because it made me feel something — because I read those words at 3am and couldn't breathe. Because these books changed me, and I wanted to make something that honoured that.

This is not a factory. This is not a brand.

This is just a girl who moved across the world, fell in love with craft and story, and wanted to share both with you.

After dispatch, your order will typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location. We ship worldwide and work hard to get your mug to you as quickly as possible.
